ELECTRICAL
PROPAGANDA is responsible for providing the electrical installations. Electrical installations by exhibitors are not permitted. The basic structure of the stand includes one lighting point of 75 - 100 watt for every 3 square meters, one mono-phase supply and one 13AMP power supply. For additional supplies, three-phase electricity, projectors e.t.c, please ask during the meeting which you will have with the representatives of PROPAGANDA for the internal decoration of your stand.
SECURITY
PROPAGANDA has taken all necessary precautionary measures for the security of the areas of the exhibition and its exhibits under a contract with a company specializing in security on a 24-hour basis. Regardless however of this arrangement PROPAGANDA bears no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the property of the exhibitors by any cause. The exhibitors must cover their exhibits with their own insurance contracts covering all risks.
CLEANING
The everyday cleaning of the common use areas, as well as the emptying of the dustbins of the stands lies within the responsibilities of PROPAGANDA.
ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS AND FURNITURE
During the private meeting with the exhibitors for formulating the internal area of their booths, if asked, arrangement may be made for any additional furniture or equipment such as parquet flooring, counters, showcases, shelves, platforms, plants, sound and vision equipment, logo etc.

TRAVEL AGENTS AND TOUR OPERATORS: Professionals in the travel industry who are looking for new products and services to offer to their clients.
